In a "Poopy" Predicament
BabyGanics Diaper Rash Wipes - 100 Count diaper

So, Brad, Harper and I went on a last minute trip to Conway yesterday afternoon. We only had a few stops to make so it was basically just a down-there-and-back trip. Welll, in my rush I forgot a few MAJOR items... diapers AND wipes. I had an excuse for no diapers. I had put a few in Harper's bag before heading to church yesterday morning. Well, we only had one service so as we traveled to Conway I thought it was no big deal and that I had at least one diaper left from the morning.... right? WRONG! I guess they had changed her TWICE while in the nursery. I also realized I had not a single wipe when after I let her crawl all over the floor at Old Navy, I get to the car to wipe her down... NO WIPES! Oh dear! I made to do with napkins and hand sanitizer. Problem solved... or at least I thought. Well, as we are eating at TGI Fridays, Harper started grunting and I knew what was happening. Thinking it's funny and cute I looked at Brad but he quickly reminded me that we have NO wipes! I then fumble around in Harper's diaper bag and to my horror... NO DIAPERS EITHER!!! I frantically ask Brad, "what are we going to do?!" He replies a typical guy answer to just let her sit in it all the way home. I responded that I am NOT going to let her sit in her own poop for 45 mins! We could either go buy her some diapers and wipes or come up with some wild plan of some crazy poop removal scheme and also let her go comando on the ride home. Well, we went with the wild plan. I went into the restaurant bathroom, got loads of paper towels... some wet, some dry... one soapy. I proceeded to try to change her in the back seat of the X-terra... not fun...it's like trying to wrangle a monkey! I then realized that she only put alittle "nugget" in her diaper...sooo, I did what only a parent would do... I snatched up the "nugget" with a napkin, wiped down her rear, and put the diaper back on her. Yes, wild plan worked... at least this time... ha! And now I will always remember to have spare diapers and wipes handy in my vehicle from now on. ;)
