Books you've grown up with
So, lately Ive been trying to find some new books to read Harper. I read to her before each nap and bedtime and the ones I have I basically have memorized. What is funny is that Ive been drawn to all the books I loved when I was little. Some of my favorites were the Little Golden Books... remember those? I have to say, those books can't hold a candle to all the books that have come out for children lately. I mean, books back then were simple and sweet ... now a days books are all about movie characters or with crazy pictures. I have been able to find alot of the books I loved and have compiled a short list for those interested. I would enjoy it if any of you would like to share your favorite childhood books with me too.
